Age Criteria
| Grade | As on Date [Academic year 2027-28] |
| Reception (Nursery) | 3 years by December 31, 2027 |
| Junior Kindergarten | 4 years by December 31, 2027 |
| Senior Kindergarten | 5 years by December 31, 2027 |
| Grade 1 onwards | Passed and promoted certificate from the previous class |

Application Interview
The Admissions team will review your application to confirm you meet our requirements. If so, you will then be asked to complete an interview as part of the review process.
Early Years & Primary School
Student Interaction
Once your application has been reviewed, your child will be invited to the school for an interaction with our educational staff. This allows us to get to know your child in a warm, engaging, and age-appropriate environment.Parent Interaction
Following the student interaction, parents will be invited to meet the Principal to discuss the school’s philosophy, curriculum, and your child’s educational journey.Admission Offer
If your child is offered admission, you will receive an Admission Offer Letter outlining the next steps in the enrolment process.Secondary School
Assessment & Interaction
Once your application has been reviewed, the Admissions Team will contact you to schedule your child’s assessment and interaction.Admission Offer
If your child is offered admission, you will receive an Admission Offer Letter with details of the next steps.Fee payment
To confirm your child’s admission, the applicable fees must be paid within four (4) working days of receiving the Admission Offer Letter, as advised by the Admissions Team.
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- An official fee receipt.
- A confirmation email from the Admissions Team confirming your child’s admission to B.D. Somani International School.
