Social Emotional Counsellor (Grade 9-12)
1. Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling and Support
- Provide individual counselling to students experiencing social, emotional, behavioural, or academic challenges
- Facilitate small group counselling sessions addressing issues such as friendships, emotional regulation, resilience, and stress management
- Support students during transitions between school programmes
- Provide crisis intervention when required.
Social Emotional Learning (SEL)

Transport Manager
A School Transport Manager oversees the daily operations of the school’s vehicle fleet, ensuring safe and timely student transportation. Key duties include scheduling routes, maintaining vehicles, recruiting drivers, managing staff, ensuring safety/legal compliance (RTO/DOT), and communicating with parents.
Requirements:
- Experience: Often requires prior experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with logistics or routing software.
- Qualifications: Knowledge of transport regulations and valid driving certifications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using transport management systems (TMS), GPS tracking software, and basic office tools like MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and quick
decision-making abilities, especially under high-pressure situations. The transport manager is expected to be a person with a positive attitude with a professional approach in tackling the various issues of the transportation department. Ultimately, the service to the children should be of paramount importance.
Job Description:
- Communication: Candidate must be strong in written and verbal
communication. Must be able to liaison with parents and school administrators regarding transportation schedules, delays, or issues. - Route Planning & Management: Develop efficient bus routes, optimizing for time, safety, and student requirements.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local/national laws and school safety policies. This includes managing vehicle documentation (registration, insurance) and conducting regular safety audits.
- Budget Management: Monitor costs associated with fuel, maintenance, and personnel.
- Emergency Response: Create and implement emergency plans, including drills and accident response strategies.
- Staff Management: Keeping track of staff leaves, Didi’s management on each bus, routes, keeping schedules and organizing team members
- Hygiene Management: Day to day inspection of vehicles, maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness in the buses
- Other responsibilities include, maintaining check list, diesel management, bill management, repairs management and any other responsibility as and when required.
