We are thrilled to share the highlights of our recent Halloween celebration in Early Years! It was a day filled with laughter, creativity, and, of course, a touch of spookiness!
The day kicked off with a fabulous costume parade! Our little ones dazzled us in their imaginative outfits—from friendly ghosts to vibrant superheroes. The joy on their faces as they paraded around the school was truly heartwarming!
Throughout the week, students engaged in a variety of Halloween-themed crafts. They created spooky masks, painted pumpkins, and even made colorful ghosts. These activities not only sparked their creativity but also helped develop important fine motor skills.
We explored enchanting Halloween tales during our storytime sessions. Each story introduced the children to fun characters and exciting adventures, enhancing their listening skills and love for reading.
Our sensory stations were a hit! From scooping out monster eyes to spooky sensory bins filled with sand and hidden treasures, children enjoyed hands-on exploration that engaged their senses and encouraged imaginative play. Overall, our Halloween celebration was a fantastic success, fostering a sense of community and joy among our little learners. Thank you to all the families who contributed and supported this special event!
Wishing you all a spook-tacular Halloween season!
