Natasha Contractor

Ms. Natasha Contractor has worked across Montessori and IB curriculums in Mumbai and California since 2011, with a passion for education and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and dynamic learning environment.
She has obtained her Montessori Diploma from Association Montessori Internationale and her Master’s Degree in Early Education from California State University, Long Beach. She has participated in multiple workshops centred around curriculum, assessments, inquiry-based learning and adaptive schools; and has led several workshops on language instruction and assessment practices.
Ms. Natasha believes in ensuring that every student feels valued, supported, and motivated to reach their full potential. She has worked closely with students, staff, parents, and the wider community to create an environment where curiosity is encouraged, individuality is celebrated, collaboration is supported and learning is a joyful journey.
Ms. Natasha’s goal is to cultivate confident, internationally minded and empathetic individuals, ready to tackle the challenges of today’s ever-evolving world with a global outlook and a growth mindset.
