A look at our International Day celebrations from last month. A student-led event, this year our Grade 11 World Language students organised and delivered all activities for the day.
Last month, our school’s boys football team participated in the JNIS football tournament. Held on the 17th & 18th of October 2019, our team finished runner’s-up in the tournament which saw a total of 17 schools participating.
BD Liga is an annual inter-school football league, hosted by B.D. Somani International School, for IB schools in Mumbai. The event was started in 2017 and in this short time, BD Liga has become a major sporting event in the IB calendar.
The annual Prom has been a tradition at B.D. Somani International School for many years and this year was no different. Held at Pallazio at St. Regis, Prom 2019 was a day to remember, especially memorable for the Student Council of 2019.

A look at the International Food Fest that students from Grade 6 participated in, treating the school to some mouth-watering delicacies. As part of their Humanities curriculum, students explored various cuisines which have gained popularity in India as a result of migration.
