Of ancient civilisations, train rides and new perspectives
Our Grade 5 students talk about their trip to Kutch as part of our Social Studies curriculum. We went to Dholavira in Kutch – an active archaeological site of the ancient Indus Valley civilisation and learnt about the traditional arts and crafts of Kutch and our students share their most memorable experiences from the trip and the lessons and skills they came away with.
Number Talks
Many students who pursue careers that require higher math often find that their foundation based entirely on rote memorisation utterly fails them. At B.D. Somani, things are a little bit different. Our Primary school students actually enjoy Mathematics. We make Mathematics interesting and real for our students.
